XSSTORAGE strongly recommends that you obtain insurance for your stored items. Whilst XSSTORAGE has high quality security features and meets approved fire safety standards as well as public liability insurance, we cannot be responsible for damage or theft of your stored materials. Your goods themselves are not insured by XSSTORAGE.
Sheds can be inspected by phoning Nest Property Hobart on 03 6224 2004.
A photo ID is required.
Tenants are provided with a remote control which allows them to activate both the electric security gate at the facility entrance and to disarm the alarm fitted to individual shed doors. The roller doors are fitted with a high quality Lockwood padlock. A master key allows the site manager access for safety purposes. During inspections, care is taken to not disturb or damage your possessions.
You are free to access the site from 0700 to 2100, seven days a week.
XSSTORAGE prohibits the storage of hazardous items, flammable items, environmentally harmful items , goods that are a risk to the property of any person, perishable goods, firearms, illegal or stolen goods. This includes petrol, acetone or thinners, chlorine or full gas bottles. If in doubt, please contact us for advice.
Tenants must provide photograph identification [driver's licence or passport] prior to both inspecting and hiring a shed. Payment must be made by automatic direct debit from a bank account or a credit card.
Rental is based on a calendar month. At the end of the rental period, one month's notice is required.

XSSTORAGE is a member of the Storage Sheds Association of Australia. In keeping with this organisation's code of ethics, we will undertake appropriate steps to recover the value of rent outstanding. These steps may include the forfeiture of your property as well prohibiting your access to the site. Please, don't be late paying your rent, or let us know in advance if you anticipate difficulty.
